I sure couldn't feel it. I had an 09 Cayman S loaner - 3.4 as opposed to my 06 3.2 - and I could not feel any extra power in the Cayman.
I did, however, definitely feel the added high weight of the roof and large back glass.
I could really feel the increased center of gravity height and was not wishing I could keep the Cayman rather than getting my Box back!!
