You will need to get an alignment done to check the TOE IN or TOE OUT of the front wheels. You can try and put the new ends on the same amount of turns as the old ones, that will allow you to drive the car to a front end shop where the toe can be correctly adjusted and set.

Negative toe, or toe out, is the front of the wheel pointing away from the centreline of the vehicle conversely:Positive toe, or toe in, is the front of the wheel pointing in towards the centreline of the vehicle.
