The Cross drill looks great but they also make your pads wear quicker and create more dust. If you want cross drilled or slotted, I believe you can buy aftermarket base rotors made that way. Try ebay. My S has the cross drilled rotors and I use Mintex pads and I still have dust. Good luck.
