be careful in pulling on the extension cord to route it back towards the front of the dash. I yanked too aggresively and the wires snapped right out of their little sockets. I had to pull the radio back out and pull a MacGyver without any tools to crimp the copper wire back together with some electrical tape as a temporary fix.
A $30 error as I had to order a new Ipod/aux jack from Becker here in NJ.

Also, when you use the hooks, you have to remove them before you push the radio all the way back in. There are little tabs on the side near where the removal keys are inserted that have to be depressed inwards to allow the keys to release.
