			Have the seats been removed lately?  That's what caused mine to come on, not the buckle problem.
 I don't think there's a way to turn it off yourself.  Sounds like your dealer is robbing you.  Wish I could make $98 for 2 minutes of work.
 
 Call a local "Porsche Specialist" shop.  They'll probably do it for a couple of bucks because they want your business where the dealer thinks you are lucky to have him rob you blind.
 
 I'm going to plug my AutoTap in this weekend and see if it will turn it off.  I'll let you know what happens.
