How about a simple cruise to favorite ice cream stands (or farm stand, Rey
)? We could do it ~monthly with people nominating/arranging for their favorite ones. Maybe make it a weekday night or part day on a weekend to minimize the "family time" impact... but still a chance to get out and catch up.
