Try the Boxster Spec Racing forums. Many there remove all their carpet when building / converting their street cars into race cars.
Used carpet sets are also available through Porsche dismantlers. Oklahoma Foreign is one that usually has several carpet pieces on eBay. Try giving them a call and see if they will give you a discount on a full sat.
