Tough sale...

I think it would be tough to develop something exactly like the new Spyder. I've got humps for my car (see my sig line) and it is a similar look. To slap on the exact Spyder trunk cover you'd have to lose your soft top and something else to cover the car temporarily would need to be fabricated. Seems like too much hassle to me and would make the car pretty damn impractical. Heck, I live in California, which you would think would be the perfect place for something like the Spyder. But with the hot sun we get I would dread leaving my leather exposed. Plus you would be forced to garage the car to keep neighborhood cats out. I love the looks of the Spyder, but would not want to replicate it and make the car so impractical. So I'll stick with my humps... good enough.
