As for the clicking, I'd vote for checking for a rock in the tire tread, but it sounds like this kind of thing has already been looked at. I'd also check the CV boots to make sure one is not torn. The clicking could be a worn CV joint, but it would be louder when cornering hard onto the side with the sound.
