If those are the comparable runs I'd say that Randall's engine was making less power than a normal bone stock 2.5 to begin with.
I've never seen a gain anywhere near 9Hp with the Chinese headers, in fact I've never seen a single system enhancement make that kind of power difference on that size engine.
What really tells the story is the data logged 0-60 and 40-80 MPH tests before and after the dyno with both systems at the same coolant and oil temperatures.
