Search on "Porter Cable" and you will find several threads describing its use. You can also find videos on YouTube.

I have not used the cyclo polisher you show, so I cannot comment about it. The Porter Cable does a good job for me. I can wax my Boxster in about two hours with it. It is a well made tool that is not tiring to use.

The cyclo polisher may be fine, but it is a lot more expensive.
