Any 'chip' that requires you to splice into your IAT harness is worthless. It is just a resistor inside. The idea is that it will trick your PCM into thinking the Intake Air Temp (IAT) is cooler and the PCM will compensate by dumping more fuel in. However, because the pre-cat O2 sensor sets fuel trims under closed loop you won't see anything from this unless you're under WOT (open loop) or at startup (open loop)....and even then it will just run a little more rich.
