On the alloy top rods ends, you may not want to use the alloy end version. The plastic end is what is called sacrificial, it is designed to fail if there is a problem before other more expensive components fail. I'd use the OEM versions but I'd make sure you check the operation of the cables before you use the new ones. Bend the top cover (aluminum) and you have big problems. Break a cable or the motor and you spend again much more than the rods cost.
