The howtos I saw online showed people pulling it over the alternator pulley last. I ended up putting it onto the top idler last (between alt and the power st/ac pumps). I think the rounded edge of the idler helps a lot.

I used my foot to push down on my breaker bar thus I was able to use both hands...yes, I had the top down.
