If buying Focal, be sure you hear them first. Focal speakers, while great, have a unique presence which isn't to everybody's liking.
I have a car with Focals mated to a McIntosh system and it's fantastic. But, I know several people who were disappointed with the sound of the focals they installed.
They're spendy, so be sure you hear them first.
