As for Blink driving fast late at night on a straight, vacant highway.... my advice would be to get a good radar detector. I recommend the Valentine 1. A lot of CHP in Cali just leave their radar on and the V1 will let you know two miles before you can even see them! If you want to drive fast without anyone else around, at least don't get caught doing it.
As for Ohio police - I hear ya vath2001! I grew up in Ohio and the state police situation disgusts me every time I go back to visit. Try crossing from Indiana to Ohio on I-70. 95% of the time there's a couple troopers sitting there just waiting to pick off people not adjusting for the speed limit change. Too many highway patrol just trying to pull in revenue in that state.

Don't take me wrong as I certainly wish I was wrong, but Ohio State Patrol are born without a soul!! In my 2400 mile trip from Cali to columbus, I saw more cops from the indiana/ohio line to dayton than I did my whole trip, with the exception of Iowa(but there was a 3 car pile up). The bastards have even taken flight. Toledo, columbus, dayton and I am sure most big cities have adopted the bear in the air. I am still trying to develope true stealth technology!!
Ohio patrol's new motto is "we stopped the quota system years ago, so we can now write more tickets!!"
