I've used it. Not perfect, but works reasonably well, and it's unbelievably easy to use. In my experience, the defects can still be seen, but you have to look pretty hard.

I tried using actual touch up paint, with dabbing with a torn match, or a tooth pick, or whatever, and fine sanding etc. A lot of work, and when I was done it really didn't look any better to me than the Dr. CC. People with better technique than I have can probably get a better result with the touch up paint, but it just was not so for me.
