Hey, mp---This guy: is the sarcasm emoticon. I, too, was pretty unimpressed with the workmanship pictured in the original post. When I go, I go to Cascade Porsche, in Cuyahoga Falls. No major complaints about them, so far anyway. But I haven't needed to use them much to this point (Knock on wood).

What is the part they jerry rigged? I cant' tell either. Thank god I don't live in the Cleveland area, Although I would never take it to a dealer(except extreme circumstances), as I enjoy doing that stuff myself
As for giving them the benefit of the doubt?
Unless they were directed or ok'd by the owner to use duct tape, then there is no way in hell they are in the right. I don't care if its a million dollar part, and duct tape fixed it, you just don't duct tape a porsche. So there is no excuse for duct tape, as its not a permanent fix, 90% of the underneath of a porsche is either heat or weather related . duct tape isn't Made for temps or weather.
