is the sarcasm emoticon. I, too, was pretty unimpressed with the workmanship pictured in the original post. When I go, I go to Cascade Porsche, in Cuyahoga Falls. No major complaints about them, so far anyway. But I haven't needed to use them much to this point (Knock on wood).
