Chris, men install tops and you are a man, therefore you can install this top.
I do not think it requires any special tools.
And I know there's a tutorial online for it somewhere. Maybe Mike Focke or Pedro would know.
If you pay to have a GAHH authorized installer do it, you get a very good warranty that covers the top AND the labor to replace it or fix anything in the next X years.
