this morning I got a customer service-suryvey call from the dealership. They asked if I could give them a ten for speed, courteous, quality of service. I told them I saw no reason against doing so EXCEPT that their waiting experience didn't compare to the Big Grand Daddy dealership I previously visisted. This big Porsche dealer give you free lunch,soft drinks, plasma TV's, pool table, internet kiosks etc.
The small Porsche dealership in question had a waiting experience that consisted of a small TV, one desk top with out DSL and one water cooler. This the sort of thing I would recognize from my Toyota or Acura dealership.
Although their amenities were tiny their prices weren't any smaller than the big Ray Catena Dealer. Didn't mean to burst their bouble but given the choice of the two places for a future oil change I guess the choice is a simple one.
Time for this small dealer to upgrade or downgrad the prices.
