I took both cars to the track..I usually do a track event once every 3 weeks. Hands down, the Boxster is better in the corners...at speed, I could feel the M3's rear end "lift" and want to kick out...this never happened in the Boxster...much lower center of gravity, much lighter car.

I don't think you can go wrong with either...if you've got a warranty, I'd vote Boxster.
