I agree... looking at the pictures the rear subframe is broken through in a couple spots. This isn't then just an issue of swapping out a few parts. I imagine the rear subframe will need to be replaced. I would take it to a body shop first and foremost and have it checked to see how straight it is. If parts of the subframe are broken, then there are also certainly parts that are bent. Do you realize how much work that is? We're not talking about shade tree mechanics stuff here.

As for aftermarket parts, there are GT3 control arms that are adjustable, but unless you are putting together a race car they won't give you any benefit.
