File the leading edge of each pad about 45 degrees so you don't have a 90 degree edge with the disc.

Get some brake cleaner and clean all the discs. Take some #40 sandpaper and with a block of wood, lightly sand each disc directionally until it's scored, wipe again with brake cleaner to remove any possible grit.

After, you'll need to re-bed the pads. That'll cure it.
