Your question is actually a common issue, the rears on our cars tend to wear measurably quicker than the fronts. Leaving you with the quandary of replacing all four tires or just the rear two with the same model already on there.
I have discovered I really like the PS2's, they suit my driving conditions and driving style for street and autocross. Plus I live in FL so I can run them year round. If I lived in the now belt i would have two sets of wheels and tires.
The grip level between the Pilot Spots and the Pilot Sport PS2's is significant (I have run on both models), I personally would not recommend mixing tire models for daily use.
