I will answer this with a simple answer - bought them. All ligit, people have forgotten about people 1. trading there cars in and pulling there lights and putting there original lighting in 2. Accidents etc...
I love to hear all the whiners about the lights all being stolen lights, they need to grow up and see the world for what it is [not all black and white with finite answers].
