I vote for driving it, not just starting it. I would not just let it idle for a long period.

There are a lot of seals (like brakes) and components that like lubrication and coming up to operating temp.

I make an excuse to drive to a more distant grocery or booze store than I'd normally use and make sure I've been at 180+ degrees for a good while.

I also recommend a trickle charger to make your battery happy.
