I have seen people towing two jet skis with a Boxster, but most people tow a trailer with autocross gear. The weight of the trailer is not the problem, its the tongue weight you need to worry about.  |
That's only partially true, sure the tongue weight is very important in it's reaction with the suspension, I had to put air shocks on the truck to compensate for how soft a Mountaineer is sprung. However, where I disagree with you is in negotiating hills, you will feel the entire towing weight going up or down.
