I agree, it's tough market out there. However, anyone looking to pick up a nice auto on the cheap, look to the lease returns where the residual value versus market is way under water. Auto manufacturers want to move these vehicles, so a good deal can be had. I was going to buy my son a car, but I think I'll give him my daily driver (Grand Cherokee) and pick up one of these lease returns for myself.
