The interesting thing is that I have never seen anyone vandalizing a car. You would think that eventually you would see one taking place. At the mall, driving by a parked car, etc.
I have no idea who does this. Is it a young teen? A drunk. An older blue collar guy? Some slobby dreg of society's lower echelon? A body shop owner?
It's definitely someone who ain't getting laid enough.
