I would get an estimate on repairing and repainting your current bumper. It is probably going to be cheaper once you consider the cost of the bumper + shipping, etc.
Depending on the severity of the dings, you could try using a hair dryer to correct them. I haven't tried it but have seen pictures of it doing a decent job.
