well, you do want nice stuff in the way of spacers, otherwise you could easily get vibrations from bad balance.
What is the offset on the rims (it'll say on the rim right after the width)?

For the spacers.... again try wheelenhancement or:

Prices will vary greatly, but definitely get hubcentric spacers and the longer wheel bolts needed.
