I'm 99% sure what happened here.
A friend of mine has a client that picked up a Carrea GT. The owner, a huge car collector and zillionaire (who is suing Bush) said that he has spun the car on several occasions. He says that the tires need a good while to come in and that you have to be very careful putting down the power in turns because the rears want to break loose if the tires aren't hot.
I bet this guy jumped in started travelling at a high rate of speed made a turn, lost the back end and went backwards into a curb or a highway divider island.
if you notice the rear wheels are shot but there is no damage to the rear bumper at all. I guess carbon fiber body work really doesn't like to go over cement curbs.
The insurane bill for this is going to be insane.
