I'm going to try and tackle all of this tomorrow. The pictures of the drain cleaning look easy enough; are there any that are tricky to get to?

Also, what should I look for in the door, to better describe the sound, it only happens over bumps, and it kinda sounds metallic as if someone shook a couple pieces of metal. And then it is gone just as quick as it came.
