You could always try the GT3 ducts and if you felt you needed more go up to the RS ones.

Either way, w/ stock calipers/rotors, you'll delay the onset of fade but not eliminate it entirely - the 'S' Brakes almost do.
Don't these ducts mainly cool the rotors only?

Hmm, since I don't have S brakes, no sense getting the allegedly superior (at least in price) RS ducts. You may have just convinced me to get the cheaper ones.

Does any one know if ducts on a base 996 are the same as the Boxsters?

Randall, from previous posts, it sounds like installation has been easy for most folks.
