I don't know for a fact. But I have heard that Harbor Freight sells very low quality stuff. I'm not comfortable trusting my life to something like a car lift from Harbor Freight. For stuff like that I will galdly pay the extra money. Based I my life experience I believe you really do get what you pay for.
