I have an '02 S with 48k miles. The 6 speed, clutch, RMS were replaced under warranty at 15k. First to second is an exercise when cold---then fine. I experience the 'shudder' below 3k rpm, but only sometimes. Other times, the tranny is smooth as silk. I dunno... Regardless, I love my Box.
