You have already pointed out the 2 key reasons they won't drop the price too much.
1 They are a high volume dealer, they can afford to sit on the car for a while.
2 Spring is comming, and they know it.
JMO, if the PPI comes back clean, get the car, drive the car, enjoy the car.
