In theory, I think it has merit.
But, in practice, I think it'd make the forum too cumbersome. People already crossover a lot with Gen'l stuff in the Tech section and Tech stuff in the Gen'l section. Add another section and it's just one more to go through. Sorry, but my vote (
assuming any of us get a vote) would have to be no.
You could always just add
Body: in the title of your thread or reply and that would make it easy to find your stuff using the SEARCH function, that might be better.
