Unfortunately there are not a lot of great roads here in Illinois, but here are some suggestions :

Blackjack Road and SR 71 are pretty good ( I have done both on the Harley )

Wisconsin does have some great roads :

I've done Kettle Moraine Drive on the bike - another great road.
