I'd go for a Drive Belt and plugs. Probably flush the windshield fluid and replace with fresh too. Also, not a bad idea to run through a couple tanks of fuel with an injector cleaner like Lubro-Moly. (all easy DIY things you can do very cheaply)

If the Tires are original, even though their mileage is low, they're getting pretty old and hard. I'd start to think about replacing them, expensive as they are. Hard Tires lose alot of grip, especially important if you plan on driving in rainy or snowy conditions.
