Thanks for the additional information. If my unit arrives this week, I plan to tackle the installation on Saturday. I have an iPod connector that I used with my CDR-220. The directions seem to indicate it will work with the Traffic Pro.
Here are the tips I've managed to glean from all the boards:
1. Be sure to jumper the amp-turn on wire
2. Insulate the side of the unit to avoid a chirping alarm
3. The nav antenna may or may not fit under the alarm LED, and it may be tough to fish it through the dash.
4. Hooking up the reverse sensor wire is not absolutely necessary.
Anyone else have suggestions?
