Thanks for the link Paul! Actually if you look even AA had them listed at 4 per car, but that part is just the front calipers. The rear have a different shape - more like a disc than the two bumps. And of course they don't show at AA. The shapes can be seen in the Workshop Manuals, in the Running Gear section page 46-10c. The manual specifically states "The pad backing plates (rear side of the brake pads) must not be greased." so I'd prefer the factory pads over the lube solution.

That looks correct for the front and if so it is by far cheaper than anything I could find. Now I just need to find the part number for the rear.

Not really freaked out about it myself, but my fiancee drives the car most of the time, so I'd prefer her car to stay nice and quiet and civilized.

I still might just try them without new parts. The front pads are bad and need to be done soon, and the rotors are the originals from 01 with 55K on them. Just painted up the hats on the new ones, so I'm ready to go besides these stupid 'stickers'
