you cant turn a ET of 40mm to 47 with a spacer... doesn't work like that... a 40mm offset should be fine, if that is what you have. Its hard to tell since its jacked up... I run OEM carrera lightweights that are with my 15mm spacers a total offset of less than 40mm so that pushes my wheels out away from the brakes... Now if your wheels do rub then you may want to make sure you have the proper offset... 911 rims have an offset of 65 which requires at least a 15 mm spacer to get it near (<50ET) proper offset of the boxster. Now you are going to be stretching the 265s quite a bit to fit on these 10" rims so if your rim is fine your tire plus rim should be fine too...
