It looks like the offset is 47mm for the rear. This place says they will fit the boxster so all should be fine. 47mm sounds good to me as I would like the wheels to be pushed out and more flush with the fenders.

47 in the rear is about perfect. .7" closer to the fender than stock and .3" closer to the strut. Should be able to fit a 285 back there with that offset. Anything less than 47 in the rear pushes the wheels too far out and looks kind of funny - makes the back end look jacked up unless the car has been lowered.

50 is the same front offset as the stock 7.5" wheels, meaning the extra half inch of wheel width is split equally between the inside and outside of the rim.
