Not sure who manufacturers the brake light. Its the same ones being sold on ebay for $110 shipped. Thats where I bought it a couple months ago and then I sold my car. Works perfectly,smoked,and uses LED lights. Beautiful piece actually...just have no use for it anymore.
It is easy to install. 2 screws hold it in place. Probably 10 minutes MAX if you take your time.
It is compatible with a '99.
Sold the taillights for $130 which included shipping.
