I was doing the "Build your own Porsche" thing at the Porsche website today and I noticed that there is a "Sport shifter" option for the 987. Has anybody heard anything about this?

The description on the website was:

"Reduces shift travel for highly efficient shifting. Note: only in conjunction with manual transmission. Increased shifting effort when cold. Available from approx. January 2005"
