Best at what? I don't beleive that for a second. All tires compromise on something:
cost
dry traction
wet traction
cold traction
snow tracktion
heat resistance
noise
comfort
responsiveness
feedback
etc.

IMHO, there is no "best" tire of any kind. It's all about finding what fits your priorities the best, and therefore what's best for one person won't be best for many others.
