apparently even a prius will do over 100mph. that's the speed Al Gore's son was driving when he got nailed with pot, valium, xanex, pain meds, etc. last week. maybe he was going downhill.
as for the legislation? i think germany would withdraw from the EU before they signed up for THAT piece of crap.
