The 215 (North Vegas) early mornings is pretty quiet out there!
Can get some speed up and is not populated/built-up (yet), so it's pretty safe?
Lot of road works around the 95 North, and avoid Sahara/Decateur/Jones like the plague always busy (IMHO anyways)
